A lifelong resident of  Greater Victoria, Leanne’s deep connection to the community is reflected in her dedication to providing personalized compassionate services grounded in integrity and authenticity. Her clients appreciate her thoughtful approach combining expert knowledge with a warm client first philosophy.  Leanne’s passion for real estate extends to her family, as she works alongside her eldest son Matt, creating a dynamic team built on trust and shared values. Outside of her professional life, Leanne enjoys staying active, crafting delicious meals, entertaining loved ones and exploring new destinations with her husband Ron. A proud mom to 3 grown sons, she cherishes the harmony of family, wellness and community that shapes her life and work. 

Born and raised in beautiful Victoria, BC, Matt Benedict has always had strong ties to his community. His passion for sports led him to the United States on a lacrosse scholarship, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Throughout his childhood, Matt was immersed in high-level athletics, developing the dedication, teamwork, and perseverance that now serve him well in real estate.

Having grown up surrounded by the industry, Matt developed a deep appreciation for real estate through his mom, Leanne Benedict, a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience. Now, as part of their family team, he brings the same integrity, inclusivity, and kindness that have always guided him.

Beyond real estate, Matt remains committed to giving back, having coached minor sports and mentored young athletes in the community. A true people person, he takes pride in going the extra mile for his clients, ensuring their real estate journey is both seamless and rewarding.
